FULL TIME: Speroni's heroics at the end earn Palace a point. He gets a heap of boos from the home fans at the end for needing treatment to a what is a huge gash on his leg. It's a point for Palace but it should have been three and could easily have been none. Sadly, Scunny's win over Plymouth and Shef Weds point against Derby puts us back in the bottom three. Next up is Forest on Tuesday so it doesn't get any easier.
94 min: Terrific double save from Speroni to deny Dobbie and then Ormerod.
92 min: Hills error gifts Taylor-Fletcher a chance but Speroni saves.
90 min: FOUR minutes added on.
89 min: BEN BURGESS equalises as Palace fail to clear to properly. Looked like Lawrence who made the error.
89 min: GOAL. Drat.
85 min: Hill clears Taylor-Fletcher's shot off the line and then Speroni is forced to tip Coleman's chip over. All Blackpool now.
83 min: YELLOW CARD. N'Diaye not quite up to speed yet and goes in late on Adam.
81 min: SUB: Carle off, N'Diaye on.
80 min: Still mostly Blackpool, Palace yet to have a shot this half - apart from Ertl's attempt that hit row z.
75 min: SUB: Bannan off, Taylor-Fletcher on.
73 min: YELLOW CARDS. Baptiste and Ertl for pushing and shoving in the box. Speroni punches away the corner. 10 seconds later he gets a push from Ormerod having collected Hill's back header and he is not too happy about it. Unusual to see Jules get ruffled.
67 min: SUB: Clarke off, Ormerod on. Ertl just blazed over from inside the box and Scunny have taken the lead against Plymouth.
63 min: Palace have a spell of possession but do nothing with it. Blackpool go up the other end and Dobbie shoots over from distance.
57 min: Constant pressure from Pool. Every time Palace get the ball clear it comes straight back to them.
54 min: Ertl is a lucky boy as he grabs Baptiste's shirt in the box and stops him getting to a header. The ref misses it though.
53 min: Attendance: 9,702. 631 from Palace.
52 min: Blackpool should be level. Dobbie gets in behind Butterfield and crosses to the back post where Burgess can only tap wide. Hmmm.
47 min: Poor from Palace. Lawrence slices into the air and then Hills' header back to Speroni is too short. Dobbie nips in and crosses for CHARLIE ADAM to drill home from the edge of the box. Calamitous.
47 min: GOAL. oh no.
46 min: Blackpool finally come out for the second half though everyone is waiting for the ref. While we do that, time to let you know Scunthorpe and Plymouth are drawing 1-1 currently. Here's the ref strolling out with a smile on his face and now we get going again.
HALF TIME: Adam get to the byline but crosses right across goal with no one getting the touch and the ref blows up. Not bad from Palace, they've been a little quicker to everything than Blackpool but you can guarantee the second half will be an onslaught.
44 min: Palace play some lovely passing football that ends with Ambrose drilling across goal and Evatt clearing just ahead of Danns.
42 min: Lee wins a free kick about 35 yards out and Ambrose delivers for Ertl but he leans on his man and the ref blows up. It was probably a little bit too far out for Ambrose to shoot.
37 min: SUB: Ian Holloway decides to take action and replaces Husband with Burgess and goes two upfront.
34 min: Lawrence finds Carle just outside the box and he tries to flick through to Danns. DARREN AMBROSE though picks up the ball and gets a bit lucky as it gets caught under his feet but still manages to finish between Gilks' legs. Cue chants of we are staying up.
34 min: PALACE GOAL!
30 min: Bannan heads wide at the back post having peeled off Butterfield. Pool in the ascendancy.
28 min: Hill gives away a free kick that Pool worked neatly but Dobbie can only drill a shot wide from the edge of the box.
22 min: YELLOW CARD. Derry booked for pulling back Clarke after he outsmarted him.
21 min: Dobbie goes past Lawrence way too easily but overruns the ball when through on goal and Speroni gathers at his feet.
20 min: Pool have a sustained period of pressure but cannot get a shot away until Bannan drills across goal but it loops up off Hill and Speroni gathers.
16 min: Baptiste just heads Lee's cross behind with Danns ready to pounce. Carle and Ambrose stand side by side at the corner flag before the latter delivers and Hill heads wide. Not easy chance.
14 min: End to end as Dobbie is allowed to advance all the way to the box and curl a shot but Hill stretches out a leg and blocks.
12 min: Carle should have his second as Lee's clever ball puts him through on goal but he takes too long to make up his mind and Evatt gets in a superb challenge to deny him.
10 min: Lawrence gives away a silly free kick near the corner flag after trying and failing to shepherd the ball out out. Husband delivers straight on to the unmarked Baptiste's head but he puts it over. That was a chance.
8 min: Blackpool haven't started too well but Palace are putting a lot of effort in. There's a lot of long ball too on a poor pitch.
3 min: NICK CARLE gets his first goal of the season. Hills goes on a rampage down the left and earns a throw in which he takes himself long into the box. Lee flicks it on, Danns cannot quite get a touch and then Carle scuffs a shot towards goal. Danns seems to get a flick before it nestles in the corner but Carle is the one celebrating. Great start.
3 min: PALACE GOAL!
1 min: After both teams enjoy a huddle, Palace get us underway.
2.57pm: Out come the teams and Palace's includes Neil Danns, who needed some work on his back during the warm up which was a worry. The players form a guard of honour as Jimmy Armfield comes out to a standing ovation. He shakes evcery players' hand and says something to Lee Hills - which could be something like you are far too young to know who I am!
2.53pm: Pool open their new Jimmy Armfield stand today and it looks very nice if a little small. Apart from the one end that is still, this is now a very nice ground.
2.50pm: PALACE: Speroni, Butterfield, Lawrence, Hill, Hills, Derry, Ertl, Danns, Carle, Ambrose, Lee. Subs: Comley, Scannell, Djilali, Mann, Andrew, John, N'Diaye.
