UPDATE: The school of the children found dead in New Malden have released a short statement:

A spokesperson for Bedelsford School in Kingston, where the children are understood to have attended, said: 'We are deeply saddened to hear of the deaths of three children from Kingston.

UPDATE: The borough commander of Kingston police has issued a statement about the discovery of three dead children in New Malden.

Wimbledon Guardian:

Chief Superintendant Glenn Tunstall said: "I would like to reassure the local community that we have made an arrest and we are not looking for anyone else in relation to this incident."

BREAKING NEWS: A Clapham man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the stabbing in Mortlake (Richmond) last night.

Police have launched a murder inquiry and are appealling for witnesses.
