This is the first look at the design for a new 176 bedroom Premier Inn hotel in Wimbledon town centre.
An exhibition will be open until 6pm today on the plans to transform the derelict former Henry J Beans restaurant and job centre in The Broadway.

There will be no parking provided, but Whitbread, the company behind the scheme, said they encourage people to use town centre car parks nearby and walk to the hotel. There will be a layby for people to drop off bags.

They expect 20 per cent of guests to arrive by car. If the hotel is full every day, this could mean 352 guests, and more than 70 drivers.
A car park at the back of the unused site will have two family homes built on it, but a spokesman from Whitbread said the plans for the homes in Griffiths Road would not be detailed until a later stage.
All deliveries to and from the hotel will be made from the Broadway.
They expect to put a planning application into Merton Council in March.
The council refused planning permission in April 2013 for an eight storey 149 bedroom hotel and ground floor bar.
The application, which included a change of use from office space to a hotel, was allowed on appeal.
