Letter to the Editor: Will council reverse cuts if Labour wins the general election?
Bearing in mind the Labour council's past record of blaming central Government cuts on their own council cuts, will the council promise to renege on the recent £32m-a-year cuts announcement if a Labour government is elected in May and to what extent will the cuts be reversed?
