Let Councillor Judge explain the following:
Labour brilliantly renegotiated GP's contracts (thus conceding higher salaries in return for fewer hours and an opt out from evening and weekend working), Mid-Staffs deaths, NHS Wales meltdown and Circle in Hinchingbrooke, the first privatised NHS hospital and currently attempting to exit their contract.
Despite Burnham’s repeated attempts to distance himself from the hospital, he made the decision to put the contract out to tender to private companies and public bodies when he became Health Secretary in 2009.
