Director of rugby Steve Hill says now is as good a time as any to take on Ealing as Richmond maintained their winning start to the National Division One season.
Hill's men made it five wins from five with a tremendous 30-19 win at Tynedale on Saturday ahead of next weekend's top of the table clash.
The two teams are level on points at the summit with Ealing top of the lot thanks to a marginally better points difference.
And Richmond chief Hill, who saw tries from Rob Kirby, Adam Gadsby, Jeremy Cunnew and Will Browne land the bonus point win, reckons his men go into the game with nothing to lose.
"To get five points away at Tynedale is a terrific achievement," he said on Saturday.
"Our decision making and execution were much improved from last week.
"In the second half our defensive line was incredibly secure and this made it very tough for the opposition to make any line breaks.
"The last five weeks should give the whole squad a lot of confidence going into next weeks match versus top of the table Ealing.
"All the pressure is on them-we will simply keep doing what we have been doing."
