Epsom Athletic travelled to Feltham at the weekend hoping to bounce back from last week’s Combined Counties League Division One defeat against Eversley & California and it was mission accomplished thanks to 2-1 scoreline.
But they had to come from behind after Feltham made the most of an Epsom slip-up to take an early lead.
However, Epsom kept going and 10 minutes later Taylor Henderson levelled the score converting a low cross with aplomb.
Then, with 20 minutes remaining, Aaron Cathcart's curling volley hit the bar and ricocheted off the diving keeper back in the goal to give Epsom the lead.
Despite a few late scares, there was to be no Feltham equaliser and Epsom moved up to eighth in the table.
