Oxford has won the Boat Race in the slowest time since 1947.
Battling through tough conditions with choppy water and strong winds, Cambridge led out of Hammersmith Bridge but were overhauled by the race favourites Oxford.
The dark blues' heavier, more experienced crew pulled in front through Chiswick and did not looked challenged beyond Barnes to win in just under 21 minutes.
The win is Oxford's third in four years.
