Man charged with taking indecent images of children
A man has appeared in court charged with taking indecent images of children.
Christopher Douglas Barr, now of Southey Road, south Wimbledon, previously of Hersham Road, Walton, was charged with nine cases of taking indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children.
Magistrates at North Surrey Magistrates’ Court decided the case would be better dealt with at Crown Court, and committed the trial to Guildford Crown Court to start on October 31.
Mr Barr has not entered a plea and remains on unconditional bail until his trial date.
