Raynes Park has ground to a halt. The main roads and pavements around the town centre and railway station seriously flooded, and a car (I believe a mini) has been abandoned underneath the railway bridge near the Edward Raynes pub. No sign of the fore brigade. Traffic backing up everywhere!
