Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was left fighting for his life when he crashed with a car in Morden Park last night.
The motorcyclist, described as a man in his 20s, is currently in a critical condition in hospital.
The Kawasaki motorbike was travelling on the Epsom Road towards North Cheam when it crashed with a red Citroen C3 at the junction with Lower Morden Lane just before 8.30pm last night.
The driver of the Citroen stopped at the scene and has not been arrested.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit at Merton are investigating the crash. Anyone who witnessed what happened, or has any more information, is asked to call 101.
