A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man wanted on suspicion of being involved in a murder, four attempted murders and violent disorder following an armed brawl in a Mitcham car park in November.

Inkaran Balasingham, 23, of Palmer Avenue, Cheam, is wanted for the murder of Neel Croos, who was killed in the fight in Sibthorpe cark park, Holborn Way.

Mr Balasingham is also wanted for the attempted murder of four other men on the same day, listed as Jeyathpan Ganesalingham, Mayuran Gunaretnam, Mahinda Mahndaskaran and Hassan Rahman.

Mr Balasingham is also wanted for violent disorder.

The brawl, which took place on November 23, was rumoured to have involved up to 40 men of Tamil origin, and believed to have involved axes, swords and machetes.

Eight men have so far been charged with the murder of Mr Croos, who is also known as Adhvan Thanbalasingham.

Seven of the men pleaded not guilty to murder and violent disorder at the Old Bailey on Wednesday, March 30.

The eighth man, Vithusan Balamurali, 20, of Hawkes Road, Mitcham, was charged on Friday, April 1.

He appeared at the Old Bailey yesterday, Tuesday, April 5, to appeal for bail, but was remanded in custody.

He will next appear with his co-defendants on Tuesday, May 3.
