Two teenagers were stabbed just days apart in Morden last week.

On Monday, October 5, a 19-year-old man was taken to a south London hospital after being stabbed in the back.

Police were called to reports of a stabbing in Morden Road, near to the junction with Wandle Road, at around 11.40pm.

And on Thursday, October 8, a 17-year-old man was taken to a south London hospital after being stabbed in the chest.

Police had been called to reports of a fight in London Road at around 3pm.

Neither injury was life threatening and police said the incidents were not linked.

No arrests have been made, but police believe they were not random attacks.
