BOTH Rangers v Hearts games this season have failed to live up to the pre-match hype.
But I have a feeling that this weekend's collision between the teams could be an absolute cracker.
I was at Ibrox early doors in the season when Rangers won 2-0 with a Kris Boyd double. Hearts were never at the races and, in the end, that performance was probably one of the best under former Light Blues manager Paul Le Guen.
The return fixture at Tynecastle in November was also set up to be a real tasty encounter, but it was a poor game, settled by a Nacho Novo strike.
But the Jam Tarts are getting results - their defeat to Celtic aside - that have put them bang in the running to be second.
Rangers, on the other hand, know that victory on Saturday will allow them to open up an eight-point lead on the Jam Tarts - and that could be very significant with just a dozen games left.
So it's all set up again - let's hope that it is the real deal this time.
