A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 31-year-old charged with allegedly racially abusing people in a library.
Petar Vasilev, who gave his address as Queens Road Church in Queens Road, Wimbledon, was charged with two counts of racially or religiously aggravated harassment and assaulting a policeman.
The incident is alleged to have happened at Wimbledon Library on Saturday, December 13.
He was due to appear at South West London Magistrates’ Court on Monday, December 15, but did not turn up.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
