Families flocked to a community centre recreation ground over the Bank Holiday weekend to enjoy an activities day with an international theme.
South Mitcham Community Centre hosted an International Summer Fair at the Rock Terrace Recreation Ground in Phipps Bridge on Saturday.

Live music, a bouncy castle and sumo warrior wrestling were just some of the activities on offer to entertain children reaching the end of their summer holidays.
Bec Yusuf, of Merton Voluntary Services Council, who co-ordinated the event, said: "It's been a fantastic day with families, local partners, businesses and voluntary groups all working together for the well-being of their community."

The event was also attended by deputy mayor of Merton, Councillor Laxmi Attawar and Councillor Judy Saunders.
