A former university professor accused of sexual assault has been cleared of any wrong doing.

Dr Bryan McIntosh, a former lecturer at the American University in Richmond, was accused of inappropriately touching a man in October last year, something he strongly denied.

The case against the Motspur Park resident, due to be heard at Kingston Crown Court, was dropped this morning and Dr McIntosh cleared of any wrong-doing.
