Elite League.

Pickwick were aware that nothing less than a two point haul would save them from certain relegation.

Although Eltham Terrace Club A were already down they made life very difficult.

Paul Shrimpton broke and dished in frame 6 on his way to a hat trick along with Dan Heinink who followed suit as Eltham Terrace condemned the Pickwick to the final relegation spot, with a 2-1 win in sets.

This was good news for the Sharks and Eltham Terrace Nuthouse who were both fearing relegation.

The Sharks had a battle against already demoted Falconwood Club but came through with sufficient points losing 2-1 in sets but gaining a bonus point by virtue of winning more frames 8-7.

Eltham Terrace Nuthouse must have been seriously concerned after their collapse away to the Bull Tavern 3-0 but with the Pickwick failing to take advantage they survived by virtue of more wins.

The other match in the Elite League saw the already crowned champions Hotshots overcome Foxy Meatballs 3-0, meaning the Meatballs finish third 6 points behind the Bull Tavern.
