Mike Brown will become the first player of the professional era to make 300 appearances for Harlequins this Saturday.

Paul Gustard announced his squad to face Saracens and Brown’s inclusion at full back brings up the record. Danny Care also hits a milestone as he racks up his 250th appearance for the west London quarter colours club.

“Mike Brown and Danny Care are both great servants to Harlequins and have achieved so much at the Club. Our supporters will enjoy celebrating their milestones with us,” said Gustard.

Quins currently sit fourth in the Gallagher Premiership and welcome pacesetters Sarries who have achieved a perfect record so far this term, the first team to do so in the professional era.

"Saracens are a very good team. They have got a lot of internationals and more British & Irish Lions than Scotland. They have been in the making for 12 years and are a well-oiled machine.

"But we have had good success over them in the last two or three seasons and have no reason to fear anybody. If we play and perform to the level that we can play to, which we have not done yet, then we can be a match for most sides in the competition."

Quins recorded only their second win of the season at Gloucester last weekend having been defeated at Northampton, Bristol and at home to Bath.

Marcus Smith has been recalled to the starting XV after coming off the bench last week to kick the vital points. Ben Tapuai has been replaced US international Paul Lasike who has impressed in recent weeks, as Alofa Alofa takes the place on the ‘Game Changers’ list.
