Tom Elliott, who recently transferred from AFC Wimbledon to Millwall will be speaking to local children attending the Free Range Kids football coaching in Cottenham Park (SW20 0DJ) this Sunday June 25th at 11am.
Tom is a striker and was awarded player of the year whilst playing for AFC Wimbledon. He will be speaking about his football journey to inspire the next generation of footballers!
Free Range Kids (www.freerangekidslondon.com/) is run by Kadir Colakoglu, a FA Level 4 Coach. He runs classes for children from 18 months to 13 years old and has links to recognised clubs.
He says “football is important not only for technical skills, but also for children’s mental, physical and social well-being.”
Come along to be inspired by Tom’s story. Lime & Thyme (one of the clubs sponsors) will be providing pizza and drinks, and under 12s are welcome to join in with the session after Tom speaks.
