McDonald’s has announced it will be changing its menu for a limited time this month with new and returning items being added.
The arrival of the new April menu will see two Biscoff items added to the menu including the returning Biscoff McFlurry and the new Biscoff Frappe.
From burgers to cheese bites, there are plenty of new and returning items to try at McDonald’s this April – let’s take a look.
McDonald’s to launch new menu for April 2024 – full list of items and prices
A new Biscoff Frappe is making its way to restaurants and will be available for £2.99.
It has a vanilla flavour base and is blended with ice and Biscoff crumb plus you’ll get caramel-flavoured cream and a Biscoff crumb dusting on top.
Biscoff fans can also get their hands on the returning Biscoff McFlurry for £1.99.
If you missed it, it won’t be long till you can indulge in the soft serve ice cream swirled with a Biscoff crumb.
Also joining the menu are the new Cheese and Herb Melts which are made with a blend of mozzarella and Emmental cheese in a herb coating. They’re served with a rich tomato dip and you can grab them for £2.89.
A new burger is in town as the classic Quarter Pounder gets a makeover – fans can look forward to indulging in the Quarter Pounder Deluxe for £4.89. The burger is a 100% beef patty with mustard, ketchup, onion, lettuce, mayonnaise, juicy tomato, pickles and two cheese slices served in a toasted sesame seed topped bun. You can even make it a double with an extra beef patty.
Among the April menu, McDonald’s fans will see the Chicken Big Mac return for £4.69. If you’re not familiar with the burger, here’s what you can expect – it’s a triple layered bun with two 100% chicken breast patties in a crispy coating, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles and Big Mac sauce.
The Galaxy McFlurry (soft serve ice cream swirled with Galaxy Chocolate drops topped with Galaxy Chocolate sauce) will also return for £1.99 and you can try the Galaxy Caramel Pie for the same price.
You can expect a chocolatey crust with Galaxy caramel sauce inside.
McDonald’s is also giving customers the chance to treat themselves at breakfast time with a new deal.
From April 17, customers can buy a single Sausage & Egg or an Egg McMuffin and a regular size hot drink, soft drink or bottled drink for £2.79.
It’s important to note that this offer excludes Toffee Latte, McCafe Iced drinks and Milkshakes.

Families can also enjoy Happy Meals for £1.99 via the McDonald’s App – the meals come complete with a pack of Uno cards with six options. Alternatively, there are two Little People Big Dreams books - I Can Be an Astronaut or I Can Be a Brave Adventurer.
When can you buy the new April menu at McDonald’s?
McDonald’s customers can buy items from the new April menu from Wednesday, April 17.
The menu will be available for a limited time only so be sure to try it out before it goes.
