Montgomery Medical Practice will feature in episodes three (Thursday, May 9) and four (Thursday, May 16) of 'GPs: Treating Rural Britain' on Channel 4's More4 at 9pm.

Montgomery is one of eight different practices to feature in the medical series which captures patient consultations at the surgery, as well as filming home visits and the emergency response cases that see the GP venture out into the community.

Jasper Hone, Commissioning Executive at Channel 4, said: “I am honoured to be bringing the vital work of these GPs to the screen with [production company] Curve Media.

"The series will shine a light on the invaluable services provided by these dedicated professionals, and their unwavering commitment to the communities they serve.”

Patients registered at the Well Street practice were told in May last year that television crews would "soon be filming" at the surgery.
