Police are looking for a man who went missing on November 5 after he left a hospital in Merton without treatment.
Officers are concerned for the welfare of 57-year-old Alexander Clarke.
If you see him or have any information about his welfare contact police quoting reference number 22MIS039550.
Merton Police tweeted: “#MISSING - On the 05/11/22, Alexander CLARKE (d/o/b 23/09/65) left hospital without treatment.
“We are concerned for his welfare, so please call us on 101, quoting reference 22MIS039550.”
