Police have launched an urgent appeal in the search for a south London boy was reported missing this weekend.

12-year-old Seth was reported missing from Kingston on Saturday (October 30).

In an appeal hoping to recruit public help in the search to find him, the Kingston branch of London's Met Police published a picture of Seth and further details as they urged anyone with information to dial 999 or 101 and report it to the emergency services.

"#MissingPerson | 21MIS033809 ...12 year old Seth has been missing from #Kingston since 30/10/21. He may be in the Kingston or #Twickenham area. Please look out for him. If you see him, call 999 immediately. If you have any info which could help us find him, call 101," a spokesperson for the borough police force tweeted.

Their appeal also added information about Seth to aid anyone who might be able to help with the search:

"Seth is approximately 150cm tall and has short black hair. His hair is shaved on the sides," a second post in the appeal read. "Seth was last seen wearing a yellow, purple and white LA Lakers Jumper, dark tracksuit bottoms and an earring. If you see him, call 999 immediately."

In a later update posted November 2, police said Seth had been found "safe and well".Â
