WEST Mercia Police are asking members of the public to report non-urgent crimes via their website.
According to the police twitter feed they are currently experiencing a high number of 999 calls.
The Tweet reads: "We are experiencing very long call wait times on 101 due to high demand. Our call handlers are dealing with 999 emergency calls.
"If your report is not urgent, please report on line at westmercia.police.uk as this is monitored 24/7."
Via the West Mercia Police website you can report:
• Anti-social behaviour
• Crimes such as stolen property/criminal damage
• Covid-19 breaches
• Lost/found property
• Road traffic incidents
