Pictures show busy scenes at Northcote Road on the first weekend of restriction ease.
From April 12, brits were given the go ahead for a number of freedoms including outdoor dining at restaurants.
Last weekend, Northcote Road was pedestrianised to allow businesses to operate outdoors with social distancing.
And it’s back - and better than ever. Our summer weekend pedestrianisation of Northcote Road is part of our radical action to help our High Streets post-lockdown by providing safe space for outdoor dining and shopping.

However, some residents took to online to complain about the scenes on Saturday (April 17), branding the scenes as "crazy" and "ridiculous".
One person who works nearby told the Wandsworth Times: "Horrendous - there has been a surge with the South African variant at the beginning of the week.
"All the Wandsworth residents were asked to test. But it looks like there will be another surge on Northcote Road."
Northcote Road will be pedestrianised at weekends throughout the summer period- it has been confirmed that empty road space will be made available for businesses.
