A MAN has been charged with attempted murder following a shooting in Pollards Hill.
Armani Bridge-Stewart, 26, of Galpin Road, has also been charged with possession of a firearm with intent, and being a prohibited person with a firearm.
The charges follow a call to police with reports of a man injured with a firearm at 12.47 hrs in Chestnut Grove.
There was no trace of the victim or suspect at the scene, but a short time later, a 24-year-old man self-presented at a south London hospital with a gunshot injury to his leg.

The man has subsequently been discharged from hospital.
Armani Bridge-Stewart was arrested on November 19 and charged on November 20.
He was kept in custody to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on November 21.
He has since been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on December 18.
