Merton marked Remembrance Sunday at Mitcham Cenotaph, as events across the UK were scaled back due to restrictions imposed by the pandemic.
On Sunday, The Royal British Legion held a service in memory of all the heroes who lost their lives fighting for their country.
The Mayor of Merton Sally Kenny, organiser Alan Barley, MP Siobhain McDonagh and other members of the community, all took turns to lay a wreath on the Cenotaph.
After the ceremony, members of the community visited the Royal British Legion Mitcham Branch, where The Mayor placed a wreath on the internal flame.
MP Siobhain McDonagh said the service was "beautiful and dignified, much smaller and shorter than normal but no less sincere."
We've pulled together a selection of pictures sent in by Colliers Wood photographer Paul Gapper.
