New Wimbledon Theatre has suspended all productions until 2021 due to coronavirus.

Standing proudly since 1910, New Wimbledon Theatre has been forced to close it's doors until January 17.

The theatre's well-anticipated pantomimes have been put to a halt- with the Dick Whittington production starring Shane Richie included.

In a statement on Twitter, New Wimbledon Theatre said: "Thank you to everyone for their ongoing love and support of the theatre.

"We’ll be back stronger and more fabulous than ever before!

"We can confirm all currently scheduled performances at our venue have been suspended.

"We have recently confirmed so many incredible shows coming to our venue in 2021 and beyond."

New Wimbledon Theatre has confirmed anyone affected by the suspension will be emailed over the coming weeks.

If your performance is rescheduled, your original tickets and sears will be automatically transferred.
