Pretty Woman- October 1
Joker - October 2
Dirty Dancing - October 3
Back to the Future - October 4
George Wood, founder of The Luna Cinema, said:
“We’re hugely excited to be bringing our socially distanced open air cinema to Wimbledon Park this year - especially after the last six months, it’s something I think everyone is in need of!
"We’ve modified the layout at each Luna screening so that every audience member is allocated a socially distanced pitch, that they pre-book in advance either for two or four people.
"Each pitch contains luxury director’s chairs for guests to sit on for the night, which are sanitised between each screening.
"Larger groups from more than two households can sit in adjacent pitches.
"We also ensure there is socially-distanced queuing for toilets with ample hand-sanitising facilities for all guests.
"We look forward to seeing our regular audiences and all those who haven’t been able to enjoy the usual offering of open air events this year, for a night of cinema under the stars in Wimbledon Park."
The six-day event is unaffected by the recent 10pm curfew restrictions.
