Santus Circus will return to Raynes Park this week following its suspension due to the pandemic.

The circus located on Prince George’s Playing Field is set to take place between September 24 to October 4.

The Santus family will be pulling out all the stops as they feature acts from across the globe.

Acts range from the thrills of the whirling Wheel of Death to a nerve-tingling crossbow presentation.

Wimbledon Times:

Spiderman puts in a flying appearance as well as, aerial performers, hula-hoopers and a foot-juggler.

A statement from Santus Circus said: "After a fantastic amount of support from the community far and wide through the pandemic, Santus Circus will be returning to finish off the 2020 season.

"Artistes from Portugal, Kenya and Mongolia stayed in their caravans throughout lockdown.

"They've been joined by French, Swiss and British performers, plus the Santus family themselves, to present an all-human traditional show as performances take place.

Wimbledon Times:

"We humbly thank each and every one of you who have helped us in these times.

"We hope to see you all so we can thank you directly- may all your days be circus days."
