A THUG who attacked a woman and sent vicious messages must complete unpaid work.
Carl Worsfold admitted assaulting the woman in Crawley this year.
The 37-year-old also sent abusive messages, and admitted harassing the woman between February 15 and March 3.
At Crawley Magistrates’ Court Worsfold, of Little Brentswood, Haywards Heath was told to do 150 hours of unpaid work, ten rehabilitation sessions, and do 30 Building Better Relationships sessions.
He was also ordered to pay a £90 surcharge and £300 costs after a late change in his plea to guilty.
