WARMER and drier weather is on the way for York after the coolest and wettest spell of the summer so far.
Forecasters say today and tomorrow will see more cool and cloudy weather but the weekend should see sunshine and rising temperatures as high pressure builds.
Next week should see more sunshine and temperatures in the high teens or low 20s.
