Wallington Animal Rescue is appealing to readers for help to find a missing cat from Sutton.

'Six Dinner Sid' has been missing from the Roundshaw area since last week on June 27.

His owner, Geraldine waters, says he never goes further than 200 yards from his home.

'Six dinner Sid' was last seen on, Lancastrian Road, Hunter Close, Ensign Way and Mollison Drive.

Wallington Animal Rescue believe he could also be in the Waddon area as he may have gotten into a van.

Speaking to Sutton Guardian, Wallington Animal Rescue said: “If you know him you will know this is out of his character.

“His mother is beside herself and he is an ex Wallington Rescue cat.

“Please check your sheds and let this boy home.

"He used to have a habit of getting into people's vans, we are fearing for his safety

“Please share and contact us if you have seen him."

Geraldine said: "He is a big friendly boy and a lovable rogue.

"I am truly heartbroken and have been searching day and night.

"I am desperate to get him home where he belongs.

"His cat family are also pining for him along with my friends, family and neighbours.

"Please help me find him."
