Three suspects have been arrested on firearm charges following a police raid in Morden last week.
Officers carried out a warrant at an address on Central Road at around 6.30 pm on June 19.
Pictures show the suspects being detained by four police officers.
Five Counter Terrorist Specialist Firearms Officers were also seen equipped on Central Road.
Eyewitnesses say undercover police were still present around 10.30 am the next day.
An eyewitness who lives opposite where the incident took place, said: "The quiet on Central Road was disturbed by shouting and loud bangs.
"I realised that it was a raid by Counter Terrorist Specialist Firearms Officers.
"Police were on the scene shortly after."
A spokesperson for Met Police said: "Officers executed a warrant at an address on Central Road.
"Three Occupants were arrested on firearms charges and taken to a South London Custody.
"The investigation continues and updates to follow."
