Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters rushed to the scenes of a house fire yesterday afternoon.
The London Fire Brigade were called to reports of a fire at a row of terraced houses on Cowick Road, at around 4.59 pm, on May 23.
The first floor and roof of two properties were destroyed by the fire, with most of the ground floor of both properties also damaged.
A small part of the ground floor of a third property was damaged.
There were no reports of any injuries.
A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade said: "The Brigade's 999 Control Officers took 14 calls to the fire.
"Fire crews from Tooting, Wimbledon, Mitcham, Clapham and surrounding fire stations were at the scene.
"The fire was under control by 7.04 pm.
"The cause of the fire is under investigation."
