Two men have been taken to hospital with stab and slash injuries after a fight in Thamesmead.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident, which took place at around 6:55pm on Tuesday, May 19.
Officers were called to a brawl in Whinchat Road, SE28 near Belmarsh Prison, and were joined by the London Ambulance Service after reports of a stabbing.
Two men, one in his 30s and one in his 40s, had been stabbed in the fight.
Both were found suffering from stab and slash injuries and were taken to hospital to treatment, but neither are thought to be in a life-threatening condition.
The Met said no arrests have yet been made, and enquiries into the circumstances of the incident remain ongoing.
