Moat Foundation has delivered wellbeing and activity packages to children in response to UK lockdown.
The charitable arm of Moat Homes has joined forces with organisation, Strengthening Minds, to create activity packages after community youth sessions were put to a halt.
The packages aim to replace the much-needed sessions which focus heavily on resilience and positive behaviour.
Katie Tilcock, a mother of four who received the packages, said: "The boxes are amazing; so much thought has gone into them, the children are beaming.
"Our family have met many lovely people over the years but only a few have made a long-lasting impact on the children.
"Thank you for Strengthening Minds and Moat for all you do.”
Head of Moat Foundation, Mumtaz Samad, said: “The team at Strengthening Minds have taken this simple idea forward and made it into something quite amazing.
"Since they've delivered these packages, we have received some beautiful expressions of thanks from the young people and their parents."
Moat plan to deliver more packages over the coming weeks.
