Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was arrested for indecent exposure in John Innes Park last week.

Officers were called to reports of a man indecently exposing himself in John Innes Park at approximately 7.00 pm on April 23.

A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and has been bailed pending further enquiries to later this month.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who was in the park and may have seen a man sitting on a bench or by bushes.

They are particularly keen to speak to two teenage girls who were seen in the vicinity but left before police arrived.
