A COMMUNITY volunteer will again help elderly and vulnerable people change their clocks this weekend.
Faz Patel has helped many elderly people in the past by changing their clocks and having a conversation with them.
Daylight saving time will end at 2am on Sunday, marking the change from British Summer Time to Greenwich Mean Time.
Mr Patel looks forward to meeting the elderly people and talking to them about any concerns or positive things.
He said: “Loneliness is a huge problem as more elderly people are in isolation.
"I advise friends and neighbours to just go and check up on their elderly neighbours even for a few minutes.
"During my clocks changing, elderly people just need people to engage in a good chat."
For anyone wanting help with changing clocks back, please call Mr Patel on 07759 116340.
