A NEW Forest slip road has reopened five hours after a serious crash this morning.
The eastbound slip of the M27 for Cadnam has been closed since this morning. Motorists are asked to use alternative routes.
Lorries are being told to use junction two at Ower for access to the A35 and the A337.
There is no current timescale for reopening.
A spokesperson from Hampshire police said: "We were called at 11.30am today following a serious collision on the slip road between the A31 and the M27. This involved one vehicle.
"We will issue more details when we can."
Police have so far refused to give any more information to the Echo. The ambulance service also hasn't commented.
