SHOCKING video has emerged of a bottle attack which left a Southampton woman with a permanent scar across part of her face.

It comes days after top judges overturned the prison sentence of attacker Kylie Peck.

Now CCTV has emerged of the assault, which took place outside The Ice House in October last year.

In the video, Kylie Peck and her sisters Danielle and Kirsty are seen attacking victim Kylie Yorke – who was celebrating her 30th birthday at the time of the assault.

Danielle Peck is seen running at Ms Yorke before pulling her to the floor.

Sister Kirsty is then seen to pull at Ms Yorke’s hair while Kylie Peck circles, bottle in hand.

Kylie Peck is then seen to thrust the bottle into Ms Yorke’s face, causing a gash across the bridge of her nose – leaving her with a scar.

Daily Echo:

For her part in the incident, Kylie Peck, of Colby Street, Maybush, was given an 18 month prison sentence at Southampton Crown Court in September.

The 26-year-old was previously found guilty at trial of the offence of wounding without intent.

But Peck was freed earlier this week after three top judges at the Court of Appeal in London said she should not have gone to jail.

Judges said that she did “not present a danger to the public” and noted she was now six months pregnant.

As previously reported in the Daily Echo, the incident took place outside the Ice House on October 21.

The court heard the victim Ms Yorke was celebrating her 30th birthday at the pub, which was closed to the public, when Kirsty and her partner Stuart House attempted to enter.

Prosecutor Tim Moores said a scuffle broke out in which both Peck and House claimed they were assaulted.

Mr Moores said the pair left, but returned with the two sisters and Charlie Attrill – the partner of Kylie Peck.

The court heard Danielle “violently” pulled Kylie Yorke to the floor before sister Kirsty Peck grabbed her hair.

Kylie Peck then used a wine bottle to deliver a “devastating blow” to her victim’s face, leaving her with a deep cut across the bridge of her nose.

Danielle Peck, 33, of Coxford Road, who pleaded guilty to affray, was given a nine month, sentence, suspended for two years, as well as a six month curfew order.

Kirsty Peck, 31, of Chestnut Road, who pleaded guilty to affray, was given an 18 month community order, including 120 hours unpaid work.

In February, Attrill, of Lockerley Crescent, Southampton, who pleaded guilty to affray, possession of a knife and possession of cocaine - all relating to the same incident - was given a 12 month sentence, suspended for 18 months.

House, of Old Redbridge Road, Southampton, who pleaded guilty to affray, possession of a knife and possession of a weapon, received the same punishment.
