Two lanes have been near the Dartford crossing following a crash this morning.
Police are currently in attendance with KCC Highways telling people to expect delays in the area.
A spokesman for Kent Police has said: "We were called at 7.55am on October 9 to a reported single vehicle collision, involving a motorbike, in the West Dartford Tunnel.
"Officers attended alongside the South East Coast Ambulance Service and a man in his 30s has since been taken to a local hospital.
"To ensure public safety, the West tunnel has been closed while the bike awaits recovery."
The left hand tunnel is closed. The right hand tunnel (which is the taller of the two) remains open.
Traffic has built up back to the Darenth interchange.
