Here is how we rated Milwall's players in their draw with Luton Town:

Bartosz Bialkowski – 6

Produced two outstanding saves in either half to keep his team in the fixture, but

it is evident that his mistake against QPR has damaged his confidence. Flapped at balls he should have caught and failed to govern his area as all keepers should.

Murray Wallace – 7

Reinstated to the side through Shane Ferguson’s suspension and did not disappoint. He is making his conversion to left-back seamless as he never looked out of place against James Bree’s constant runs.

Shaun Hutchinson – 8

Took Alex Pearce’s armband with both hands by bestowing pace, tenacity, and composure to Millwall’s backline.

Jake Cooper – 6

Another adequate performance from the giant. He defended well when called upon, but failed to impose himself on the game through his offensive set-pieces.

Mahlon Romeo –  5

It was clear that Luton believed the chink in Millwall’s armour was Romeo’s right-hand side. Mpanzu and Potts peppered his flank abundantly, leaving him vulnerable throughout.

Jed Wallace  - 7

His effort can never be faulted but the winger must improve his end product if he wants to compensate his hard work with goals and assists. Albeit, his shot on goal resulted in Bradshaw’s opener and he was a constant threat throughout.

Jayson Molumby – 6

Played the furthest forward in the midfield pivot and showed quality in glimpses. However, his naivety was presented through countless wayward efforts from range which killed Millwall’s attacks.

Ryan Leonard – 7

Sat deep and broke up Luton’s play all night. He is not the midfield maverick that Millwall fans yearn for, but he makes the ugly side of the game look beautiful.

Connor Mahoney – 4

Deserved to be substituted at half-time.

Tom Bradshaw – 7

Scuffed an opportunity in the final minute of the match but it was a good night at the office for the striker. He got himself on the scoresheet and worked relentlessly throughout.

Matt Smith –  6

Will go to bed tonight thinking about how he missed that chance from four yards out. However, he did his job of holding the ball up and winning the majority of his aerial duels.

Subs:

Ben Thompson –  7

Gave Millwall another dimension when he was brought on and gave his manager a number of reasons to start him against Leeds on Saturday.
