A man who was taken to hospital after being slashed in Pollards Hill is due to appear in court tomorrow.
Police were called at 2.48pm on July 31 to reports of a group of men seen in possession of weapons in South Lodge Avenue.
Officers attended and found a man suffering from a slash injury.
The man - who police have now identified as 20-year-old Lukeny De Lemos from Bromley - was arrested that same day.
Then on August 1 he was charged with possession of an offensive weapon.
He appeared in Wimbledon Magistrates' Court the next day where he was remanded into custody to appear in Kingston Crown Court tomorrow (September 5).
No other arrests have been made in relation to this.
