A New Malden man was arrested nearly 20 miles from home following the alleged sexual grooming of a child.
Hertfordshire Police confirmed that just after 11pm on August 17, the 35-year-old was arrested in Park Close, Bushey which is less than 50 metres from a nature reserve.
"He was arrested on suspicion of possession of class A and suspicion of meeting a child following sexual grooming," a police spokesman said.
They also confirmed that he was later released under bail.
