EX-WORCESTER City striker and joint-manager Lee Hughes has linked back up with John Snape at Halesowen Town.
The 43-year-old former West Bromwich Albion hotshot, who also played during that stint in the City dugout, quit amid a cash crisis to join Yeltz as a player in March 2018.

That left Snape in sole charge with Hughes staying at The Grove and becoming caretaker manager at the back end of last season with his club pretty much doomed to relegation from Southern League Premier Division Central.
Ex-Bromsgrove Sporting and Redditch United manager Paul Smith has since taken the job and drafted in Snape, a Halesowen legend from his playing days, as his assistant.
Hughes has scored 13 goals in 49 appearances for Town to date, ending last season with 10 goals.

Smith said: "Lee’s pedigree is there for all to see. His record speaks for itself.
"He still has plenty of goals left in him. He also wants to help improve the young crop of strikers we have signed.
"If they listen and learn he will help them no end. His experience and knowledge is gold.’’
Smith's overhaul of the Halesowen squad includes the recruitment of former City captain George Forsyth, who finished last season with Stourbridge, and ex-Evesham United loanee James Bowen.
