Yesterday, the Met Office put out an amber weather warning for rain, saying that we could have more than a months worth of rain over the next three days.
If you were out an about yesterday, you will know how vile it was.
National Rail has now tweeted out photos to show the true extent of the disruption.
A spokesman said: "Across the region, we suffered over a month’s rainfall in just one day and in some areas, the downpours equated to 2 month’s rain."
There are currently engineers out in force trying to pump away the water where needed.
They are especially busy around Mitcham due to the main conductor line being completely submerged in water causing huge delays.
This flood water also caused a fire in a trackside electrical hut at Mitcham Junction.
Due to engineers having to put so much work into getting everything back on track trains are being cancelled or delayed at very short notice.
There are also lots of road closures due to burst water mains, as well as drainage issues around South Wimbledon.
Please make sure you check before travelling today.
