Two people have been charged with the murder of a one-month old baby in Merton
A man and woman have been charged with the murder of a one-month old baby, Scotland Yard said.
Clare Sanders, 42, and Tomas Vaitkevicius, 44, are accused of the murder, and causing/allowing the death of Eva Sanders, according to the force.
The pair, of Streatham Road, Mitcham, in south London, were summonsed to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
Baby Eva died in hospital on September 2 2017, a day after being admitted.
