A man was taken to hospital after he was seen on a scaffolding in Kingston town centre.
Police were called to the reports at around 5.18pm in Clarence Street last night (February 21), with the London Ambulance Service also in attendance.
Partial road closures were put in place as he was seen on the scaffolding structure, reportedly near to Wilko, close to Kingston train station.
He was treated in hospital after coming down several hours later, shortly after 8pm.
